Where to Find the Model & Serial Number?
You can find your water softener's model and serial number by opening the salt lid/cover and you'll notice the sticker decal on the softener's rim along the front open area.
How to Read Your Serial Number
The serial number has two important pieces of information:
- The model number
- The manufacturing date or date code. These are the same thing and you can use this date to tell how old your system is.
The numbers can be small and may be hard to see. It may be helpful to use your phone and take a picture and then zoom in to see the numbers.
